This is a one of a kind 6-week support and education course for women on their fertility journey.
Come and join us in an open, nurturing and supportive group, where we explore all things fertility, including diet, stress and exercise. Learn breathing techniques, fertility yoga, and relaxation tips.
Whether you're experiencing Fertility Treatments, Unexplained Infertility, Pregnancy Loss, Secondary Infertility or you're trying to conceive, this course is for you. It's a safe space for all those experiencing fertility grief and challenges.
Both Lynley and Kathryn have struggled with fertility and know what a challenging and often isolating time trying to conceive can be. Lynley is a fully trained Fertility Yoga Teacher and Kathryn is a qualified Life Coach and Hypnotherapist. We share our training and everything we have learnt personally along the way so your experience can be just that bit easier. This is exactly the type of event we wanted on our fertility journey.
