As humans we all have feminine and masculine energy within us that helps us to balance and move within the world taking on different roles within our whānau and community. However you identify, understand these energies and being able to harness all energy within you will help you learn more about your capability, challenge you to grow and help you become your more authentic you. regardless of how you identify in terms of your gender, we all have both energies within ourselves and connecting deeper to all aspects of our being.
This is an explorative interactive workshop to introduce you to the energy concepts and help you discover more about yourself. It is a safe and protected space.
