The Safe Food Campaign will have its AGM at 2pm on Zoom, to which all are invited. This will be followed at 2.30pm by three online talks, taking you on the journey from field to fork, focusing on climate change, food and herbs to boost children's health and using your power as consumer.
Our first speaker at 2.30pm will be Andre Leu, well known for his work with the international organics body IFOAM. He will speak on "Reversing climate change".
At 3pm Storm Sommerville, naturopath, will speak on food and herbs to boost the immune system and how to get children comfortable with new food.
At 3.30pm Claire Bleakley, President of GE Free NZ and Alison White, Co-convenor of Safe Food Campaign, will talk about steps you can take to eat more safely in a toxic world and your power as a consumer. A short video will be shown.
Register here or contact alison@safefood.org.nz. Those who register before 2pm Friday 27 November will be sent a zoom link.
