Using fresh goat’s milk from Tukituki Dairy Goats Farm, Pauline from Farmhouse Kitchen will teach you in this hands-on workshop how to make goat halloumi, feta and chèvre
Cost includes goats cheese made in workshop, plus thermometer, mould and rennet for future cheese making.
You will go home with a full set of course notes, including recipes and instructions. And, of course, you’ll take some of your cheese at home to show off!
