Harcourts Cooper & Co Swim the Bridge: CANCELLED

Update: Although it would have been possible to restructure the event day to meet this requirement, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the three remaining events in the Banana Boat New Zealand Ocean Swim Series:

- Generation Homes Legend of the Lake - Sat 21 & Sun 22 March
- Generation Homes Sand to Surf - Sat 4 April
- Harcourts Cooper & Co Swim the Bridge - Sat 25 April

We felt the health and safety risks to continue would have been too great for swimmers, spectators, partners and our event crew.

Think you’ve done it all? How about taking on the urban ocean swim challenge of a lifetime? The Harcourts Cooper & Co Swim the Bridge is back again to give you a whole new perspective on one of Auckland’s most famous structures as well as an incredible swimming experience.

Whether you are up for the 2km double crossing from the city over to Northcote and back, or keen to take on the 1km crossing from Northcote to the city, you’ll have a swim to remember and a fantastic opportunity for your friends and family to cheer you on at the finish line, then relax at Harbour Bridge Park with a hot shower.

You really don’t want to miss out on this event—we have limited numbers, so be sure to get your entry for the 2km Double Crossing or 1km Single Crossing sorted as soon as this event sold out last time!

For the 2020 event we’ll have an all new water entry, an improved swim exit, a family-friendly atmosphere with live music and experiences and the chance for your supporters to once again, cheer you on up close.
