Do you want to strongly connect with your inner voice, your purpose in life, authentic communication from the heart, the joy of transformation?

My aim is to make this world a better place for all by tuning our inner world with the love and care it deserves, so our outer world can reflect this.

A blissful, nurturing, heart opening, and fun weekend retreat with live harp music. A journey of light, remembering and insight, embracing the parts of us that need us most.

Deep healing results from the merging of Soul and Body and the deeper insights this encourages. Upliftment and heightened frequency resonance occur naturally. Letting go of the old becomes effortless.

There will be harp meditations in the evenings, and during the day we journey with intuition enhancing exercises (they are playful, fun and encourage your intuition to speak), reflection, sharing from our heart, introducing Heart IQ.

A popular retreat for men and women who want to expand into a deeper awareness of themselves and improve their perception and connection with the world around them.

The Baton Hotel is a replica of the old Baton Hotel and is positioned on the same land. The work we do during the retreats reminds me of turning dust into gold, and there is plenty of gold in the land and river to support that energy.
