Hawke's Bay Inkers Pop Up Gallery and Print Sale

The Inkers "Pop Up" Art Trail Exhibition and Gallery at Labour weekend will include live printmaking demonstrations and unframed bargains, as an exciting addition to the Art Trail.

The printmakers have been working away on their quality handmade prints for this event, which will include hand-engraved etchings, screenprints, linocut, woodcut and solar plate to name a few.

Hawkes Bay Inkers is a print group which was established four years ago by a group of local printmakers for those passionate about ink on paper. The group includes established and full-time artists on their member's list, many of whom will be on hand over the weekend to talk to the public about the prints on display.

All of the work will be for sale, so please feel free to ‘pop along’ and see what the Inkers have been up to.
