Exploring the centre of expression.
One in a series of interactive workshops over the coming months. We will focus deep into your core unlocking any limiting beliefs or anything that may be holding you back. Our throat chakra is often blocked preventing us from speaking our truth and being true to our voice within.
Our voice is present to be heard so let's get you using it for your better health and for your highest good.
During this workshop, we shall be working with Sound, Mantras, Meditation and some other fun activities. Morning Tea will be provided.
