Housing First are hosting an informative Landlord Information Evening, with free wine and nibbles. We are covering off why social housing can save you $$$ in the long run while making a genuine difference in the lives of our most vulnerable members of society.
Housing First do not charge property management fee's, we guarantee rent and we do monthly inspections - our team is experienced in Portfolio Management, and we laisse with multiple organizations across Christchurch to deliver fantastic opportunity's in the market for our existing landlords.
