Sure, enjoying work is not always easy. Work can be wonderfully stimulating and rewarding; but, it can also be frustrating, stressful and even demoralising at times. We can however find ways to enjoy our work more, whatever job we are in. In this webinar Kathryn shares the three foundational principles of her ‘Practical Approach to Happiness at Work’ – principles that you can begin to implement immediately, in a variety of work situations, for positive results. The webinar will run for approx 40 minutes, plus time for questions. It will include some information on 'The Practical Approach to Happiness at Work' Programme as well as other ways to stay in touch with Kathryn more generally, should this topic be one you are passionate about.

Dr Kathryn Owler has dedicated the last 10 years to finding ways to experience joy and happiness at work, carrying out academic research on the topic but also by learning hands-on through her own tussles with work-life. She is the currently the director of The Happiness at Work Coach. It is her privilege to bring you this webinar, so that together we all might learn to thrive and be happy in any job (despite current COVID challenges)!
