Impact! is a 5-day 'Train the Trainer' course designed to support people who require a solid grounding and comprehensive toolkit on how to train staff at all levels in the organisation. The course would suit both entry-level as well as experienced learning and development practitioners who have responsibility for planning, delivering and assessing group or individual learning sessions.

Impact! is held over 5 days. Days 1 to 4 are continuous. Day 5, which is held a week or later, is an practical session where each participant has planned and will deliver a 30-minute training session on their chosen topic. Constructive feedback is given during the planning and delivery phases.

Impact! training for trainers is run as a public course in Auckland as well as in-house throughout New Zealand and beyond. Delegates who attended the public and in-house courses we have run over the years have given us feedback that the course has had a significant impact on the way they design and facilitate training in their organisations. Delegates come from a range or organisations including Manufacturing, Insurance, Government and Non Governmental Agencies, Engineering, Medical, Commercial and many more.

Our website will give you more details on who we are and the content of the Impact! Training for trainers course. We look forward to your enquiry.
