What is not included: Travel insurance, Transfers to and from airport, optional extras such as extra Reiki or private sessions. Please bring your own Linen, Towels etc. A detailed list of what to bring will be sent to you closer to the time.

I've never done yoga before, will this retreat be suitable for me?
Yes! This retreat is suitable for all levels, beginners welcome. Modifications will be provided for those injuries or special requirements. Yoga is for ALL bodies, all beings.

Are all genders welcome? Yes- All genders- men, women & non binary. Men and Women will be accommodated in separate rooms unless sharing a twin as a couple.

What is Reiki?:
Reiki means 'Universal Loving Energy' and is channeled through the hands of the practitioner towards the receiver. Reiki can never harm. It always goes exactly where it needs to go for each person. You will feel very relaxed and may even fall asleep in the class. Some people experience visions or insights. Everyone experiences something different.

Other things to note: This is an alcohol and smokefree retreat, for the comfort of all participants and for you to receive the most from your weekend of wellness.

About Sarah Beale:
Sarah is a yoga teacher & Reiki practitioner and co-founder/operator of the Wellness SanctuarySarah is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga teacher, teaching Ashtanga, Yin and Vinyasa styles of yoga. She has also begun teaching Pregnancy yoga after training with Dr Pooja Maddela in Auckland.Sarah also practices other forms of yoga such as Yin and Vinyasa, finding treasures in each method, and intuitively teaches based on the experience she has felt within herself.

Sarah is dedicated to self-inquiry and personal/spiritual growth, always learning something new which she loves to share. She teaches with compassion, warmth and humour, adapting each class, no matter what the style, to the students who are present in the room.
