5 hour, deep dive, interactive workshop to harness all energy within and become you more authentic you.
As humans we all have feminine/masculine, light/dark energy within us that helps us to balance and move within the world taking on different roles within our whānau and community. However you identify, understand these energies and being able to harness all energy within you will help you learn more about your capability, challenge you to grow and help you become your more authentic you.
This is an explorative interactive workshop to introduce you to the energy concepts and help you discover more about yourself. It is a safe and protected space.
Opening ceremony: Group connection and setting up the intention for the event.
Deep dive into masculine and feminine energy, light and dark, group discussion on healed and wounded energy, meditation for each segment of the energy and a collaborative visual creation at each milestone of the workshop.
Closing ceremony: grounding and reflection of the session.
