Reflexology is based on the concept of a complete map of your body on the feet, ears and face. By working these areas we can ease imbalances and deeply relax and nourish the body and mind, releasing tension and promoting energetic flow.
Come and learn simple, effective techniques to help enhance health and wellbeing and how the different parts of the face, ears and feet connect to the body.
Open to all beginners and professional holistic therapists. This is a wonderful tax deductable, personal development day.
