IPU Kodama Drum Team

IPU New Zealand's own internationally-renowned Kodama Drum Team will be lighting up the Globe Theatre for a one-night show. Experience for yourself the electrifying power of this traditional Japanese music played expertly by our IPU New Zealand students, with guest performances from Wellington's Narukami Taiko Drum Team, and Palmerston North Kyokushin Karate's Kazuto Ohga.

The IPU New Zealand Kodama Drum Team have been performing to local and international audiences since IPU New Zealand was established in 1990. As part of our 30th anniversary celebrations, IPU New Zealand is connecting with the Palmerston North community to say thank you for your support and give back what we can in a difficult year. Therefore, we are proud to be able to bring this performance by IPU New Zealand students to the people of Palmerston North and the Manawatu, and invite you to join in with our 30th anniversary celebrations.
