With the goal of bringing the Netflix Chefs Table experience to life, little bird kitchen will be welcoming renowned international chefs to our shores to share their culinary talent and disciplines, personal stories, inspirations and unique styles, as they prepare mouth-watering dishes and impart knowledge in front of our eyes – all to be devoured rather than peered at through a television screen.

In the first of a planned series to bring inspirational chefs from around the globe in celebration of international plant based cuisine and women in food, little bird kitchen will be welcoming Mari Fuji, with over 30 years’ experience of Shojin Ryori from her husband who was a Buddhist monk and served as a temple cook at three different Zen temples.

Choose from a cooking demonstration with tastings of nine Shojin Ryori dishes or a hands on workshop with Shojin Ryori Kaiseki (multi-course) dinner.
