Air Chathams fabulous 1945 Douglas DC-3, is coming to the Kāpiti Coast Airport for a weekend of scenic flights in January 2020! But this time, ladies and gentlemen, she will be returning in the original NAC (National Airways Corporation) livery having just undergone a repaint in recognition of its long and extensive New Zealand history. Locals, families, visitors and aviation enthusiasts can have the experience of a lifetime with a scenic flight over the Kāpiti Coast and district over the weekend of the 11th and 12th of January 2020.
