Learning kickboxing will make my kids violent. ..false!
On the contrary - learning martial arts will give your child a boost in life skills. From dealing with bullies, to standing up for what they believe in, and learning to respect and befriend people - no matter their size, strength or background.
How we do this.
As they kick, punch and elbow their way through class, they not only grow their techniques, but also their confidence levels. Our drills are designed to make kids, more coordinated, focused, and skilled, but also teach them to work in a team. This includes helping other less skilled than them. Our focus is not to teach them to become fighters, but give them a fighter's spirit.
The skills they learn will last them a lifetime, and empower them to become more focused and determined.
Pick from 45-minute Saturday or Sunday classes at 10.15am.
The term runs for five weeks starting 25 July - casual sessions are available.
