Kids & Their Grownups - Felted Valentine's Day Heart

Wet felting is a fun project for children of all ages, and adults too! Elizabeth will supply all the materials to make a “Felted Valentine’s Day Heart” for that special someone. You will make a felted heart using soapy water and your fingers to compact, agitate and interlock wool rove fibres together to form a heart.

The workshop will also look at the history of felting. At the end of the workshop participants will understand the process of how to wet felt at home using materials readily available at the local craft store.

A light afternoon tea is also included in the ticket price - please advise us in advance of any dietary requirements.
