This 2 hour workshop will cover:
- My knowledge & experience in shedding excess weight - how I dropped 20+kg & have kept it off for over 2 years
- The power of the mind when it comes to eating healthier, exercising & dropping excess weight
- Ways to change the way you think & speak about eating & exercise
- Techniques you can apply immediately
- A hypnosis session to embed the techniques that I will teach you*

You will not be hypnotised back to any issues or reasons why you overeat and carry excess weight. The hypnosis will focus on helping you embed some of what I will teach.
