Live Performance by Matt Barnard

It is May, which means it is New Zealand Music Month! Every Friday in May we have been showcasing fantastic Kiwi performers through virtual live events online.

This Friday (22 May) we have local singer, songwriter and guitarist, Matt Barnard, entertaining us live on the Rotorua Events Facebook page at 8pm.

Matt Barnard has been performing music since he was 13 and in his early 20’s he started playing regular gigs around Rotorua and the North Island.

He performs at bars, restaurants and the Rotorua Night Market, covering a wide range of genres from Ed Sheeran to Frank Sinatra.

Matt is currently working on his own original music, which will be launched online over the next few months.
