Come and join us at Arts in the Park and learn how to Paint Pour. We will show you how to make your own unique piece of art, supply all the materials including a 12x12 canvas, paint and all the little bits to make something amazing. Pick your own colours, make your own design and leave all the mess behind.
After that have a wander around the historic Norris Ward Park, right in the middle of Hamilton. Walkthrough beautiful tree-lined pathways, sample delicious food, meet local artists and soak in the ambiance of free music and entertainers, with lots of family-friendly activities for everyone to enjoy.
This event is suitable for all ages, although younger children will need a parent or caregiver to give them guidance.
We have experienced artists who will guide you through the paint pour process.
Arts in the Park is a fundraising event for the Arts for Health Community Trust. Arts for Health is a small community charity that believes that everyone has the right to access the arts to support wellness. Arts for Health exists on the generosity of donations, sausage sizzles, and fundraising events. Bring along your friends!
