Chanting mantras in the morning is an ideal way to generate a positive vibrational field within yourself and the environment you live in. Activate the power of your voice and energize your intentions to generate more peace and balance your life. Pranayama is where yoga really begins to shift energy and mind states and done regularly is a powerful tool. The combination of these will ignite your spirit and open your heart.
The 45-minute class includes a selection of these practices adjusted to the group level and interest.
