Family boil up and bonfire on the riverbed at the Wairau River at 2.00 pm 500 metres downstream from the Firth Industries site on State Highway 1. Bring a love of friendship, food to share, a cup and a chair. It’s not necessary to have a thermette. Dogs, and wood for the fire, welcome. There are 3 gatherings this winter.
