After their sold-out performance last year at 4th Wall Theatre, New Plymouth, Mason Brothers are taking their show on the road. Wayne Mason is a Kiwi music icon best known for writing NZ's best song "Nature" for the Fourmyula back in 1969, later covered by the Muttonbirds. He was also a founding member of the Warratahs, playing piano and writing their first hit song "Hands of My Heart". In this show Wayne and younger brother Paul Bowers-Mason play all the best songs from Wayne's long career in NZ music. It's an acoustic sound with Wayne on vocals and either guitar or piano, while Paul does backing vocals and plays upright bass. Expect some interesting stories too about how the songs were written and some highlights of Wayne's musical life.
