Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom. Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in any week. Beginners welcome.

Living in the Moment ( July 20 - Aug 7 )
- Learn to develop a peaceful mind, make the most of every moment of our life, and begin to uncover its true

Happiness: How to Understand the Mind ( Aug 10 - Sep 4 )
- We will gain a deep insight into our mind, and discover how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday experience to improve our lives.
