We will find a nice cosy spot in our own home, I will put on some relaxing background music and ask that you turn off your phones and close your eyes.

First, I will lead you through some breathwork.
We will do a body scan to help us relax.
I will then talk you through a guided meditation.
In the end, we will give (internal and private) thanks with thoughts of gratitude in our own minds.

You will not be asked to speak or read anything, you will not be asked to share your thoughts or feelings. This is a safe space where you can relax and learn meditation with other human energy.

I am not religious and welcome any demographic. I will not push anything personal belief or idea on anyone.

You are most welcome to ask questions before or after the session to help you enhance your experience.

I have been practising meditation in a group setting for over three years and love the energy that meditating with other people can bring. For five years before this, I meditated on my own with the use of apps, but it just wasn't the same as being led by a real-time person. I find that local meditation classes are quite expensive, so I want to offer this service at a minimal cost to you. In 2019 I completed a weekend-long Reiki class which gives me the ability to give seated Reiki treatments, I strongly believe this enhances the meditation and guided breathwork. Other healers and those who I treat, talk of my calming and relaxing nature - I would love for you to experience this too! Gain a sense of calm with less mind chatter and experience the present moment.
