Meditation Two Evening Intensive
December 14 and 21: two Monday evenings, from 7:00pm
With guest presenter Jogyata Dallas, author, fitness enthusiast and meditation instructor.

Held over consecutive December Mondays from 7:00pm - 9:00pm nightly. These two w/shop free evenings offer a comprehensive overview of the principle meditation techniques, along with home practice basics, quietening the busy mind, concentration/visualisation exercises, the importance of the spiritual heart centre, mantras and music.

For most people, learning meditation is simply reconnecting with a deeper part of ourselves when the mind, body and breath become very calm. The deepening stillness that practice brings takes us down into a lovely inner space that we call the spiritual heart, an inner haven that has always been there but is covered over by the endlessly busy mind. Meditation is simply getting to know who we really are, an experience of oneself beyond mind and thought.
