Dragon’s Spirit Taekwon-Do are starting a brand new kids class for children aged 5 to 10 years of age called Lil' Dragons!
Taekwon-Do is an exciting martial art for all ages which develops confidence, discipline and respect while also teaching self-defence and much more.
Lil' Dragons will teach the mini-kids syllabus which is designed to be educational and fun. The students learn Taekwon-Do skills while also developing concentration, co-ordination, fitness and self-discipline.
- Classes are Monday and Thursday 6.10pm – 7.10pm at Papatoetoe High School gym
- Classes run during term time – first class Monday 10th of February to Thursday 9th of April
- All instructors are police vetted and first aid trained
- Classes are capped at 25 students per term
