Set within the gentle light of our glowing Moon, this four-week Hatha yoga series invites students to follow the Moon’s invitation to connect to the Ha (Sun) and Tha (Moon). The sessions are built around the Moon salutation sequence “Chandra Namaskar” and are designed to bring balance to the body and mind. Students will engage with their natural rhythms, acknowledging the effects of the Moon on our ocean and personal tides.
Held in the Upper Gallery (Our Moon exhibition space).
Cost $17 per person per session.
Suitable for everybody, mats provided or bring your own.
