Courses are either nine or ten weeks duration and run weekly 10 AM - 11:30 PM on Thursdays.
Tone and revitalise your whole body at your own pace. Focus on correct breathing, flexibility, yoga, and relaxation. Suitable for beginners and those with some experience. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a rug or mat.
