Move For Cancer Charity Event

Come along to move with the team at Studio Rubix to raise funds for cancer prevention and treatment. We'll be running 2 charity classes for anyone in the Manawatu to join:

- Stretch, roll and release class to target mobility, flexibility and just feel amazing afterwards.
- Reformer Pilates class aimed at beginner level to get the muscles humming and body feeling stretched.

Classes are not designed to get all sweaty so you can easily pop back to work if needed. Change rooms available.

No level of fitness required but if you have injuries that affect your ability to move, we do need prior warning.

RSVP's are essential as spaces are limited so get in quick! Entry is by donation, of any amount. Please be considerate when securing a spot that we do not want no-shows or late cancellations.
