“Musicking Together” is a free community music circle run by Sophie Sabri (NZRMTh) in collaboration with different local musicians each month.
The event takes place monthly at Evaro. It is open to anyone who has a love for music and no musical experience is required.
This month, two talented Capoeira players (Tim Worth and Michael Person) will join "Musicking Together" to play the Berimbau (one of the instruments played in Capoeira).
"Musicking Together" is a safe space to create music together, to dance, to sing or simply listen to others. As long as we are in space, we are musicking.
