Nature Bathing

Wellbeing Wanders will help you deepen your connection with the land and the beings that share this place with us. Nature bathing engenders a feeling of greater awareness and connection as well as a sense of responsibility and love for Nature as we explore more deeply with our senses and take nature into our bodies with a foraged (if possible) tea ceremony to finish.
