A choir with a difference run by trained, NZ registered music therapists. We use planned musical techniques to assist and increase the wellness of people who have experienced stroke, Parkinson’s, brain trauma, early Dementia, stress and anxiety, etc.
Come and have a sing and feel the difference it brings.
The choir will include:
Gentle, fun vocal and body warmups.
Singing songs that encourage wellness, some you will know and some may be new.
We’ll build the repertoire together with you. What songs would you like to sing? Suggestions are encouraged.
Some sharing, fun and the building of community.
