Let the end of 2020 be a time for you to feel calm & invigorated: Restore, Refresh, Re-orientate & Rejuvenate. Take this very special time for you in Space to let go of the past year and let in the coming year with greater ease, a clearer mind and optimism.
with Radha Iveta + guest Phill Jones

Let the end of 2020 be a nourishing time for you to Rest, Restore, Re-orientate & Rejuvenate. A time to simply let go of any tension from this past year and let in the coming year with greater ease, lightness, clarity and optimism.

Join Radha on this retreat, in beautiful Space Studio, and be guided through many practices – traditional and current, with the wisdom of modern research woven in:

- Practices, concepts and approaches that support our health & wellbeing and orientate us to living life more fully and more simply.

- Slowing down with meditation and yoga will allow all that has been whirling within to return to greater stillness, just like the ripples in water, which dissolve when they are no longer being stirred. In practices of stillness and reflection, we notice that we can hear more clearly, understanding what no longer serves us and what is vital and brings us alive.

There will be many opportunities to go into silence and if you wish to be in silence for the majority of the retreat, this too is welcomed.

Regardless of your previous experience, this retreat will offer wonderful opportunities to unplug and reset and rejuvenate.

A glimpse of your daily schedule (though know that you can come to as many or as few of these offerings as you feel is most appropriate for you):
