The brain is an energy-intensive organ, using around 20% of the body's calories, so it needs plenty of good fuel to maintain concentration throughout the day. The brain requires certain nutrients to stay healthy and repair its cells.
Eating high-quality foods that contain lots of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants nourishes the brain and protects it from oxidative stress—the “waste” (free radicals) produced when the body uses oxygen, which can damage cells and inflammation.
Come along and understand how the brain functions and how to improve mental brain health. If you also suffer from headaches/migraines, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD then this is a workshop would like to attend.
