Lets create a beautiful online community, calling in my soul tribe who are ready to expand themselves and love more deeply! Kirsten will be running weekly live 60 minute High Vibe, Intuitive Yoga, Kundalini, Breathe Work, Meditation, Essential oil classes.
These practices will expand your awareness, shift your brain into altered states for reprogramming and ascending to higher dimensions. You will feel yourself expand and evolve each week as you become more deeply connected to yourself and the vibration of balance, harmony and love.
Move your body and awaken parts of you that need restoring and renewing. These classes offer a complete balance to help you release stored tension in your body and mind, raise your vibration to feel more joy, happiness, calm and peace. You will feel a deep sense of renewal and calm when you have completed a practice.
The difference is you get an intuitive class that is channelled for you, you will notice yourself saying that was just what I needed! The synergy of Intuitive flow, kundalini, breathe work and meditation is the exact medicine Kirsten uses for her daily practice that makes a huge difference to the complete physical, spiritual, emotional state of your body.
Kirsten is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Reiki healer, Spiritual Coach for the Awakened Soul who is ready to further embody their truth and find the deeper connection and love within themselves.
Kirsten's passion is embodying and teaching these deeper self care rituals, creating more awareness around the emotional body to shift through all the noise and find more connection with the heart and soul.
These practices have been what has helped Kirsten truly awaken to her soul and continue to do this. You will really feel the difference when you give yourself the time and love to connect with these practices. Kirsten focuses on the heart and LOVE and raising the vibration of the body.
