Writing in a journal has many positive benefits—it’s been proven to improve mental and physical health, reduce stress, and even boost your self-esteem. Research shows that writing down words on paper helps you remember things more than if you typed them.
You may already use a range of digital tools to organise your life. Try something new! Bullet journaling is a way of using simple tools (from as little as a single notebook and a pen), to organise your time. Instead of having a weekly planner, a notebook for jotting down to-do lists, and various meeting notes scattered around, you’ll roll them all into one journal.
This is a practical workshop, so please bring a pen and a notebook, or paper to write on.
Non Project Management Institute New Zealand Chapter members are welcome to attend. $20 cash at the event entitles you to a drink, some nibbles, networking opportunities and the workshop.
