Palmerston North Hot Rod Club Swap Meet & Car Show

This is our annual swap meet that is held on the first Saturday in August, Manfield Park, Feilding is the venue were access is of South Street for those wanting to set up a swap plot & those pedestrians from the parking on South Street & in town, access for the Hot Rods/ Classic car and there passengers is off KawaKawa rd where there is also parking for the majority of the general public.
The cost to enter this event is $10 per person, under 15-year olds are free, & If you want to have a swap plot so you can sell your items which must be Automotive then that cost is also $10. Please be aware that there is no home items or food to be sold from the swap plots.
For the general public there will be a wide range of mainly second-hand Automotive products for sale in the sealed car park of the main Arena, ideal if you are looking for a few bites & pieces to finish your build. Inside the arena is a great variety of trade displays which will be only to keen to help you with your enquiry. Also, in the arena you will find some prized cars of various makes & models, Hot Rods, Classics cars & Rat rods, also there is an area outside were the overflow of these vehicles will be parked.
In the early afternoon if you have bought along your Hot Rod, classics car or Rat rod you will get a chance to go for a Drive around the Race track of Manfeild Park, there is no passing, going over 100 or skids on the track during these laps.
Please also bare in mind that the organisers of this event being the Palmerston North Hot Rod Club do NOT HAVE EFTPOS available, also please remember to leave your Dog at Home as this event is a No Dogs Allowed event.
This event opens to the public at 8am & goes to about lunch time.
