Hello everyone,
I hope you and your family are keeping well during this special period of time. This is Cheryl and I am Parenting Coach. I am organizing online parenting group sessions from next week. We will discuss some interesting topics and support each other to get through this challenging period of time together. We will talk about how we can make the best use of this period as an opportunity to build a stronger relationship with our children and family and how we can learn and grow with our children together and make our parenting journey much more enjoyable. These workshops are conducted online, they are going to be interactive and fun. There will be lots of sharing about our experiences of self-isolating at home, what we do, how we feel and how we can keep growing – I personally like growing our love and connection. There will be little implementation exercises of reading, writing, and useful strategies. Maybe you are just wondering what other mums and dads are doing at home, or you want to have a stress-free moment, do jump online and have a chat. We are all here to support each other!
And for the next 21 days, I hope to create a community of close parenting support group for us to build our wisdom and connection together. And you know 21-days is a good cycle to form a new habit and routine. I hope we can achieve a small step towards our big dream!
These sessions will be 30-60 minutes long depending on the number of participants via Zoom meeting. Please make sure that you have a strong and stable internet connection and a quiet space while in a meeting. I will send you the meeting link once you confirm participation. These group sessions are free.
