Pemberton Group Tasting

Our 2020 group tasting will return to Pemberton Gardens in Prebbleton where we will be serving up a selection of canapes and shared platter entrée and main from both Moveable Feasts and Continental alongside a delicious cake by Sophie from the Full Time Tart for dessert.

While the menu may not be the same as your planned wedding menu this will provide a great insight into our food and service and give you a chance to catch up with our sales team.

Canapes (Continental)
Moroccan lamb bonbon, sesame crumb, pear & fig
Kikorangi & chive croquette, bacon & onion relish
Cold smoked salmon, chive & black garlic, pumpernickle toast

Entrée – Shared Platter (Moveable Feasts)

House smoked Tequila, dill and citrus marinated salmon, crostini, horseradish crème fraiche, capers, pickled red onion, micro green salad, lemon wedges

Steak chimichurri, arugula (rocket), charred corn GF DF
Rolled chicken thighs stuffed with cabbage and bacon under chardonnay butter GF
