Shoulders, we will do a Pilates warm up and explore the range of movement in the shoulder girdle as relating to the ribcage and the head and neck. A slow movement awareness session, it is for all abilities. However, if you have any injuries it's best to contact to discuss them before booking. We look forward to seeing you!
