In celebration of the opening of our new exhibition, A Place Apart, four renowned poets will share readings that complement the themes of the exhibition.
Poetry famously tests language for all it’s got, pushing it to its limits, revelling in the possibility of its pitfalls. Its allure appears out of the cracks it forms in our understandings. This is one way to think of Pataialii and Ige’s relationship to painting.
Curator, Moya Lawson will introduce the poetry readings and Selina Tusitala Marsh will be Zoomed in to conclude this special event.
