Beginners Pole Fitness Trial class.
Perfect for anyone considering starting Pole Fitness, but not sure if it would be right for them. This 45min class will give you a taste of what to expect if you were to sign up for the Level One course. We will go through basic spins, transactions and holds.
What to wear: We recommend shorts and T-shirt. Leggings or Track pants are also fine.
Suitable for absolute beginners, no prior dance or fitness experience necessary.
Pole Fitness is a challenging full-body workout, its suitable for all fitness levels, work at your own pace. No prior dance or gymnastic experience needed.
If you have any prior injuries we do recommend consulting your GP or Physio beforehand.
