Let's get together in a positive and supportive environment with Wanaka and Queenstown's passionate health providers and practitioners to discuss all things pregnancy, birth and what happens once you've had your baby. And share a little bit about all the unspoken stuff too.

This is for the ladies and the guys and even friends to come along. You may even be thinking about pregnancy.

Too often we hear women say 'I wish I had of known'...

We want to share some of the less spoken about details as well as information that has benefitted our clients and patients who are planning pregnancy, birth and transitioning into looking after a new baby...

Birth plans, different styles of birthing (homebirth, vaginal birth and C-section), sex after birth, postnatal depression etc.

Our speakers share their own personal stories and journeys as well as experience with patients and clients so that you can learn what is available to you and the choices you can make.

Lisa Carnie @PelvicSolutions [Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist from Pelvic Solutions] Recovery From C-section and Beyond

Kate Wolfe- [Pregnancy yoga instructor from Yoga Ground, Doula and Breastfeeding support] A Primal Birth

Jin Ong @Metamedhealth [Osteopath, Herbalist & Psychosomatic Therapist MetaMed] Empowered Lotus Birth

Sandi Murphy @NadiWellness [Pregnancy yoga teacher and trainer]

We encourage questions and open, supportive dialogue after each speaker and at the end of the event. We loved the feedback we had from our Wanaka event last year and supporting some of these wonderful women through their pregnancy and beyond. Looking forward to offering this in Queenstown!

Tickets $25 and donated to Central Lakes Breast Feeding Trust and our dear friend Kate Callaghan who is fighting Stage 4 breast cancer. Kate was one of our original collaborators at our Wanaka event. If you would like to follow her story please head to The Holistic Nutritionist facebook page
