Breathing and discernment techniques also covered.

The course covers 7 very important steps, learn what they are and how to apply them.

The super brain yoga that helps co-ordinate the left and right brain for clarity and improves memory will be demonstrated. This exercise takes 2-3 minutes daily.

This course is very valuable as the tools are able to be used on a daily basis. Self healing, healing others and distant healing are all useful to aid yourself and others.
