A class to move, stretch, relax and develop community with other pregnant women as we explore the childbearing experience. Marina uses her anatomical knowledge as a massage therapist and doula experience in class.
Bring along a pillow. Mats are provided if you don't already have one. Classroom is in the new addition at hospital, to the left of the main door.
