Celebrate the ultimate in decadence with a night of premium NZ seafood showcasing Scallops. Today your chef will show you his ‘tips and tricks’ in three delicious recipes. Start the class with a glass of bubbles and antipasto on arrival. First off prepare a quick scallop and thyme chowder followed by scallop crudo and to finish seared scallops, pancetta with apple, fennel and citrus.
