They all find their way into their power, especially by making use of their anger - to say No, to say Yes, to set boundaries, to take a stand for what matters to them.
Maybe you think you don't get angry, or maybe you believe being angry is dangerous, bad, and/or violent and to be avoided. Well, that's what we learned, but that's not very helpful if we want to live an empowered life.
In this workshop, you will have 2.5hrs to reconnect with your anger, thus reclaiming your power.
